Verdemanda is a finishing olive oil with real lift. Made from early-picked Arbequina olives, it has a vivid green colour, fresh grassy flavour and a velvety feel that makes simple food taste brighter straight away.

Drizzle it over tomato salads, roast vegetables, white beans or burrata and let the oil do the hard work. It is also superb with warm bread and flaky salt.

Store in a cold, dry place away from direct sunlight. Olive oil may solidify or appear cloudy when cold.
