Extra Spicy Kelp Chili Crisp is twice as hot as their original chilli crisp. It gets its fierce heat from ghost peppers, which are some of the world’s hottest chillies. Alaskan kelp gives the oil its distinctive briny flavour. It’s salty and bursting with umami.
This extra hot chilli crisp adds heat and crunch to all sorts of dishes. Fried garlic, onions and fermented soy beans create layers of savoury depth. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
