About the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer

The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff and heavy mixtures without overheating or overworking them.
