About the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer

The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff and heavy mixtures without overheating or overworking them.

The large steel bowl can accommodate up to 5kg of dough. It’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and stable on your counter. You can even set a timer for hands-off mixing.
