Alpenzu’s hazelnut and cocoa cream is a palm oil-free spread to serve with croissants, waffles and brioche rolls. Made with the finest Italian hazelnuts and cocoa, this creamy paste has an intense nuttiness. This smooth spread is a fantastic ingredient for baking – use it to fill macarons, spread over chocolate tortes, or simply enjoy on toast at breakfast time.

Based in Valle d’Aosta, a region of northwest Italy bordered by France and Switzerland, Alpenzu has been creating the finest preserves since 2001. The combination of modern technology alongside ancient traditions, family recipes and local ingredients is what makes Alpenzu’s range extra special.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, hazelnut 20%, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, olive oil), lean powdered cocoa 6%, powdered skimmed milk, olive oil, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
