Ajumma Republic’s sweet and spicy chilli sauce puts the classic combination of spicy chilli and sweet soy that is synonymous with Korean cuisine in condiment convenience. IT has a bold spicy flavour of red pepper flakes, combined with sugar, vinegar and garlic for a rich sweetness that offsets the warm heat. Red pepper powder is commonly used in Korean cooking (most frequently found in gochujang sauces) due to its earthy spice that adds a complexity of heat to recipes.
