'grette began at a kitchen table in Brixton, South London, in 2024. Husband-and-wife team Juno Jablon and Gus Hunter wanted to make salad dressings worth getting excited about. Tired of supermarket options packed with preservatives, they began mixing up their own recipes using natural ingredients and bold flavours.
Their first creations were a honey and Dijon vinaigrette and a rich miso dressing. And people took notice. In 2025, their miso'grette won three stars at the Great Taste Awards and was nominated for a Golden Fork, one of the competition's highest honours. We love 'grette to keep in the fridge door for when you're not quite up for making a dressing yourself.
