Allday Goods

The founder of Allday Goods, Hugo, used to work as a chef in London and ran his own restaurant. After closing down his restaurant and thinking back of many friends always asking for high quality knives that don’t break the bank.

After working in a professional kitchen and seeing how much plastic waste there is, Hugo thought to combine it with notoriously high quality Japanese blades. After a lot of searching and translated zoom calls, he started a collaboration with one of the best knife makers in Japan, Yoshikazu.

Hugo's first knife drop was a small batch of 100 knives was announced on Instagram in March 2021, and all sold out in just over 1 minute. Their first big launch was on Kickstarter in April 2022, where they reached their funding goal in 3 hours, and have continuously been growing since.
