The Greek Farmer Whole Signature Salami is a British free-range pork salami made on a farm in Hertfordshire, with its flavour taken from Greek Cypriot pastourma. It has red wine, cumin, coriander, black pepper and other spices running through it, then oak smoke to give it that savoury edge you notice before the first slice reaches the board.
