Terre Exotique’s orange blossom water adds a floral, citrus aroma and flavour to sponges, syrups and Middle Eastern salads. This 100% pure water is highly aromatic, with a high concentration of flavour - an average of 1L of water is used per kg of orange blossom.

This orange blossom water is wonderful for drizzling over baklava, pairing with fresh orange zest for sponge cakes, or used to flavour macarons and meringues. As well as sweet recipes, use your orange blossom water for savoury couscous salads, pilaf rice, or do like they do in Southern France and add a dash to focaccia.

The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller.
