Spanish Spiced Hot Chocolate Powder with Cinnamon, 180g

This Spanish hot chocolate is flavoured with cinnamon for an indulgent drink with a hint of warming spice. The cocoa powder quickly dissolves in hot milk to create a smooth, velvety hot chocolate with the unmistakable flavour and aroma of cinnamon. Add a swirl of cream or a handful of mini marshmallows and enjoy a moment of chocolate bliss!

To make a thicker chocolate for dunking churros, add more powder and cook in the milk for longer until you reach the required consistency. The sweet, spiced chocolate is the perfect match for freshly fried, golden churros.

This hot chocolate powder is made by Simón Coll, a master chocolatier based in Barcelona. It was awarded a Gold medal in the 2021 Great Taste Awards.
