Set of 6 Striped Dinner Candles - Warm Tones, Multicolour

Description

This set of 6 striped dinner candles in warm tones add comforting mellow colours to your home decor. Designed with irregular stripes of British Colour Standard shades, the muted tones add subtle pops of colour. Baby blues complement faded navy, and pinky taupes sit alongside lemon yellow and orange.

Offering a spectrum of authentic 1930s colour, these large dinner candles will look stunning in style of any kitchen or dining decor. Stand in antique candlesticks for the full English countryside home feel (but with a colourful twist!).

These candles measure 24.5cm tall, and have a 8-9 hour burn time with a clean, non-drip flame. They are made from stearin wax, ecological dyes and are paraffin free.

About British Colour Standard

Upon finding an old colour dictionary in a charity shop, Jackie Piper and Victoria Whitbread revived a long-forgotten brand. They use modern technology to re-profile original colours logged in the 1930s. With inspiration from nature, precious stones and spices, they bring these colours back to life. British Colour Standard collections are a continuation of a rich history of colour. Established 1931, now 21st century ready.

Usage: Handle with care. The hand-poured nature of the product means that this is a delicate item and wax discs can separate if rattled too much. Best when lit for 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 2cm of unmelted candle remains. Leave 10 cm between candles when burning.
