Description

Sea Sisters rainbow trout is preserved in chilli-infused olive oil. This limited edition conservas will delight tinned fish connoisseurs. Eat it straight from the tin or serve it as part of a ‘seacuterie’ board. 

The trout is smoked gently over oak for a subtle smoky flavour. The warm heat of chilli complements the delicate, tender trout.

Serve this versatile conservas with scrambled eggs and cream cheese bagels. It’s a great way to spice up breakfast and add more oily fish to your diet. You can add the fish to salads, rice bowls and pasta dishes.

For something a little different, try mashing the smoked trout in a bowl. Add crème fraîche, a squeeze of lemon and freshly chopped herbs. This spicy, fishy dip is delicious with crackers and crudités. You can also use it as a jacket potato topping.
