HaptIQ frying pans are compatible with all stovetops, including induction. Built with five layers of steel, the pans heat quickly and evenly for superior searing. They are oven safe up to 250°C.

Made in Denmark, SCANPAN cookware is suitable for professional and domestic kitchens. Use this premium pan to sear pork chops, fry pancakes or sauté potatoes. Food releases easily, thanks to the Stratanium+ non-stick coating. Fry delicate foods like fish without fear of sticking or burning.

This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean. It can even withstand the use of metal utensils! HaptIQ pans are dishwasher safe but SCANPAN recommends hand-washing where possible.
