Scanpan Carbonized Ash & Silicone Spatula, 28cm
Description
SCANPAN’s silicone spatula has a curved, flexible head. Use it to scrape cream and sauces from mixing bowls and saucepans. The pointed tip can reach the corners of baking trays and the bottom of jars.
Every baker needs a sturdy spatula. You can use it to mix ingredients and spread buttercream on to sponge cakes. The flat sides are great for smoothing icing and lifting cookies off baking trays.
Silicone can withstand very high temperatures. You can use it directly in hot sauces and mixtures. Unlike metal utensils, it won’t scratch your non-stick pans or bakeware.
Designed with chefs in mind, this is a high quality kitchen tool. It has a carbonised ash handle with a smooth, natural finish.
The spatula head is detachable and dishwasher safe. The handle should be washed by hand.
