This natural raspberry puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a raspberry Debonair with vodka, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur. Raspberry puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from raspberry pâtes de fruits to raspberry jelly.
Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This raspberry puree is made from a blend of three varieties of raspberry, chosen to ensure a sharp but floral raspberry flavour. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
