Guglielmi’s Monogram Fruity extra virgin olive oil has a complex but well-rounded flavour that will transport you to sun-soaked southern Italy. It is made with Coratina and Ogliarola olives which are both native to the area of Puglia where Olio Guglielmi cultivates its olive trees. The Coratina olives give the oil a spicy bitterness which is balanced by the sweet, fruity taste of the Ogliarola variety.
With a fresh aroma reminiscent of vine leaves, this premium olive oil would make a great gift for any food lover. You use it to dress salads of bitter leaves and juicy tomatoes or drizzle it over grilled meat and fish. Try swirling it over pizza or seafood spaghetti just before serving.
