This natural morello cherry puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a black forest cocktail with rum and chocolate liqueur. Morello cherry puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from morello cherry pâtes de fruits to morello cherry jam and jelly.

This morello cherry puree is made from sweet but sharp morello cherries from Serbia. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
