‘Blue tea’ is another name for oolong. It’s made from the youngest tea leaves, picked early in the morning. ‘Blue’ refers to the blue-green colour of the leaves during the oxidation process.

Noël Imperial has a smooth, rich flavour that is characteristic of blue tea. It opens with fruity notes and gives way to subtle spice. Bergamot adds a burst of fresh citrus. Pair this fragrant tea with gingerbread or panettone.

The tea is presented in a blue striped canister with gold accents. It’s ideal for festive gifting.

For best results, steep the tea in 95°C water for five minutes.
