Infused with carob and vanilla, the tea mimics the flavour of a cannelé. This small pastry originates from Bordeaux. It has a soft, custardy centre and a dark, caramelised crust.

Cannelé black tea has a rich, luxurious flavour. Expect notes of sweet vanilla and tangy blackberry. It’s delicious on its own or served with buttery pastries.

For best results, steep the tea in 95°C water for four minutes.
