This natural mango puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a mango Maria with tequila and grapefruit juice. Mango puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from mango pâtes de fruits to mango curd and mango jelly.
Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This mango puree is made from the Indian Totapuri variety and the Peruvian Alphonso variety. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
Once open re-frigerate and consume within 8 days.
