Producers Candice and Fabrizio are passionate about sustainability and soil health. The oil is made from a blend of Tuscan olive varieties, including Frantoio and Leccino. Small amounts of Coratina and Grignano olives add to the oil’s complexity.

The olives are organically grown and milled within hours of being picked. The result is a rich, smooth oil with aromas of artichoke and white pepper. It’s ideal for sauces, dips and everyday drizzling.

This single estate olive oil deserves a place in your pantry. Taste it on its own to discover notes of almond and apple. EVOO connoisseurs will enjoy its bitterness and clean, peppery finish. Serve it in small bowls so guests can mop it up with crusty bread.
