Speculoos are spiced biscuits from Belgium and the Netherlands. Their warm, sweet-spicy flavour is the inspiration for this chocolate bar’s filling. Notes of cinnamon and ginger are balanced by Le Damas’ creamy milk chocolate.

The original Dubai chocolate bar was invented by Sarah Hamouda in 2021. The filling is inspired by knafeh, a popular Middle Eastern dessert. In 2023, the bar went viral on social media and sparked a wave of imitations around the world.
