This green olive pâté is made with all-natural ingredients: green olives, olive oil and oregano. It’s made using an age-old recipe in Toledo in central Spain. Presented in a glass jar with brown paper and a red wax seal, it’s a great addition to a hamper of Spanish delicacies to give as a gift to a foodie friend.
Serve this smooth green olive pâté with crudités, crostini or crunchy sea salt crackers. It’s a delicious base for wraps and sandwiches and will add rich, savoury flavour to marinades, stuffed mushrooms and veggie burgers.
