Description

This country pork pâté is made in northern Spain. Seasoned with pepper and spices, it has a rich and complex flavour. A splash of cognac adds warmth and a hint of sweetness. 

Made with pork meat and liver, this is a delicious traditional pâté. Serve it as an appetiser or as part of a charcuterie board. You can also use it as a topping for canapés.
