Description
Maison Bremond’s tuna and caper rillette is a rich fish pate combining meaty tuna with peppery olive oil. These two central flavours are combined chickpeas and green olive flesh for an added bite, whilst still maintaining the creamy, smooth texture.
This tuna & caper rillette is a great easy canape on top of croutons, or as a dip for crostini breadsticks. It also works beautifully alongside mackerel and salmon as part of a fish pate platter or grazing board.
