Meet the maker: Joe & Seph's

Joe & Seph’s is a London family business making gourmet popcorn and caramel sauces by hand.

They launched in 2010 with one clear goal: to make the best-tasting popcorn in the world. Since then, their small team of pastry chefs has created more than 50 popcorn flavours, from classic sweet and savoury recipes to playful, dessert-inspired ideas.

The popcorn is air-popped, rather than cooked in oil. This gives it a light, crisp texture, ready for coating in caramel, chocolate, spices or savoury seasonings. Each batch is handmade in London using 100% natural ingredients.
