The iPasta Classica comes with a duplex roller for two additional pasta shapes. Use this roller to make tagliatelle or fettuccine. Both are flat, ribbon-like pasta shapes, but tagliatelle is slightly wider.

With a little practice, you will become a pasta making pro. Guide dough through the roller to make sheets for ravioli and lasagne. The sheets can be rolled to make cannelloni or cut into wide strips (pappardelle).
