This organic, cold pressed olive oil is produced in Crete. The island’s dry climate and fertile soil contributes to its superior flavour. The oil is made from Koroneiki olives, one of the most popular olive varieties in Greece.
Green-gold in colour, this olive oil is rich in antioxidants and healthy fats. It’s perfect for food lovers following a Mediterranean diet. Its flavour is mild and grassy with a peppery finish.
Use this Cretan olive oil to make aioli or dress a Greek salad. Or, combine it with garlic and fresh herbs to marinade pork and lamb.
