Gustificio’s apricot and caramel panettone is handmade in Italy. The recipe was developed with Italian chef, Stefano Vio. It’s a modern twist on the Italian Christmas cake. Is this your first time buying from us?

Raisins and citrus peel are replaced by candied apricots. Caramel gives the dough a buttery, mellow sweetness.

The cake is naturally leavened to create light, airy dough. Cut a thick slice and warm it in the oven for a few minutes. This will crisp the edges and release its rich, buttery aroma. It’s delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Presented in a striking yellow box, this artisan panettone is a lovely gift. It will be the star of any festive meal.
