Giuseppe Giusti infused balsamic vinegar collection includes three flavoured vinegars: truffle, fig and raspberry. The vinegar in each bottle is Giusti’s balsamic vinegar 3 gold medals, which has aromas and flavours of plum jam, red fruits and hints of honey. The sweet vinegar is aged in barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from a series of centuries old casks.
Use the infused balsamic vinegars in the following ways:
- Drizzle earthy black truffle balsamic vinegar over risottos, fresh egg pasta, omelettes or beef tartare
- Pair sweet fig balsamic vinegar with salty cheese, Iberico hams and rich stews
