Fruttato Medio extra virgin olive oil is produced in one of Italy’s oldest olive-growing regions. The oil is cold-extracted on traditional stone mills, which preserves the precious ‘olive’ flavour. This oil is mild and balanced and is very typical of the Puglia region.

Galantino is based in the town of Bisceglie, Apuglia – the region that produces more olives than any other in the world. The medieval town is steeped in history, perched on the Adriatic coast and surrounded by ancient olive groves. Galantino’s oil is renowned for its quality and consistency, and holds protected status (PDO). The family olive mill has been pressing oil since 1926, and is run today by the third generation. All their olives are carefully selected and washed before being crushed on traditional stone mills.
