Ester Ispirata alla Salsa Worcestershire Sauce is an Italian-made seasoning sauce inspired by the classic English cupboard staple. It has that dark, tangy, savoury-sweet character you want from a Worcestershire-style sauce, but without anchovies A few shakes bring vinegar, molasses, tamarind, garlic, ginger and clove into the pan.
