Savour the rich flavour of Ergon Originals Greek coffee. It’s made with premium Arabica beans from Brazil and Robusta beans from India. They are lightly roasted, allowing their natural flavour to shine through. 

Greek coffee typically has a very robust, full-bodied flavour. Prepared correctly, it has a rich, silky crema on top. Enjoy it on its own or with something sweet. It’s a delicious accompaniment to baklava and honey cake. In Greece, it’s served with koulourakia (butter cookies).

With this blend, you can experience traditional ibrik coffee. This is an ancient method of heating ground coffee and water in a small, long-handled pot. The pot is known as an ibrik or cezve. The grounds are left in the cup, giving the drink a thick texture and strong flavour.

The preparation of ibrik coffee is a time-honoured tradition. It’s practiced across the southern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
