Delicioso salsa mojo verde is made from sweet green pepper and is warm with garlic and fragrant with coriander and parsley. Made using extra virgin olive oil, this salsa verde has a balance of rich savoury and fresh herbal flavours which make it a condiment that pairs beautifully with almost anything!
Serve this green salsa verde with fresh fish - the sweet lemon notes of coriander complement salty seafood flavours. Enjoy simply as dip for focaccia bread or crostini, or drizzle over roasted vegetables to add zingy fresh notes.
