The De Buyer oyster glove helps you grip oysters when shucking. The natural rubber mitt has a textured palm for grip, and provides some protection from knife slips.
This oyster glove fits the left hand. Choose this if you’re right handed, as you’ll want to manoeuvre the oyster knife with your right hand and hold the oyster in your gloved left hand.
