De Buyer Non-Stick Blini Pan
Description
The De Buyer non-stick blini pan lets you make perfect blinis for dinner parties. And, just as importantly, lets you get them easily out of the pan when cooked! It’s also a great little pan for making fluffy Scotch pancakes or even perfectly round fried eggs.
The inside of the aluminium pan is coated with 5 layers of PFAO-free, PTFE non-stick Choc 5 – De Buyer’s most durable non-stick coating. This coating is designed for heavy professional use for optimal ‘slip’ when sliding food out from the pan. To keep the non-stick coating in top condition for many years to come, avoid using metal utensils with the pan.
The De Buyer non-stick blini pan is 12cm in diameter with a 12.2cm handle.
The metal handle can become hot when cooking. Therefore, you may wish to consider purchasing the compatible glove handle to protect your hands.
Handwash only, avoid abrasive cleaners. Not suitable for induction.
