The De Buyer aluminium pizza tray gives you a perfectly crisp, crunchy pizza base in any oven. The perforations allow hot air to circulate, so moisture in the dough can evaporate. Use the pizza tray to bake shortcrust and puff pastry as well – soggy bottoms will be a thing of the past!
The pizza tray has been designed to facilitate the use of a pizza peel, so you can easily slide pizzas on and off the tray.
