The Centonze olive farm is an accredited Slow Food ‘Presidia’, recognition of its work to preserve and protect artisan food traditions. While also avoiding any pesticides, preservatives or additives.
Fruity and full-bodied, this Italian oil is very versatile. You can use it for cooking or as a finishing oil for pasta and seafood. The robust taste can stand up to red meat and hard cheeses.
