Caviaroli’s balsamic vinegar pearls combine the culinary traditions of Italy with cutting-edge molecular gastronomy. The small spheres are deep brown in colour and burst in your mouth when you bite them. Filled with balsamic vinegar from Modena, they have a refreshing, tangy flavour with notes of fruity sweetness.

These balsamic vinegar pearls are a fantastic addition to salads, pasta and grilled or roasted meat dishes. Try serving them with oysters or scattering them over burrata and juicy tomatoes. Bittersweet balsamic vinegar is also delicious with berries, citrus fruits and creamy desserts. Add a few pearls to ice cream or a vanilla panna cotta to surprise and delight your friends.

About Caviaroli

Caviaroli make their range of olive oil and vinegar caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.

Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.

Store in a cool, dark place away from heat, light and strong odours. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.

Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar of Modena pgi (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour e150d), water, acidity regulator: calcium lactate and citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, gelling agent: sodium alginate, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains sulphites
