Blues Hog raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce is an intensely flavoured blend of smoky chilli and sharp-sweet raspberries. Use the sauce as a marinade, a basting sauce, or as a dipping sauce on the plate. The fruity, hot smoky flavour is irresistible on slow-cooked pork, classic bangers and smoky roasted vegetables. 

Baste your meat part way through cooking to keep moisture locked in and add sweet, smoky depth. Or use it as a marinade for chicken, beef or pork before cooking. 

The Blues Hog BBQ team are from Tennessee, and got their start by holding family and community barbecues. Under the guidance of ‘pitmaster’, Bill Arnold, Blues Hog started entering BBQ competitions. Their unique rubs and sauces soon catapulted them to victory, and won lots of awards on the way. So many, in fact, that Blues Hog sauces are often referred to as the ‘Choice of Champions’!

Ingredients: White sugar, water, raspberries, chipotle peppers (chipotle peppers, water, vinegar, sugar, salt, tomato paste, smoke essence, onion, garlic), brown sugar, ketchup (tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavouring), white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, water, molasses, corn syrup, salt, sugar, spices, caramel colour, anchovies [fish], natural flavours [soy], xanthan gum, dehydrated garlic powder, not more than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking, salt, cinnamon, red pepper, vanilla.
