Belazu’s wild mushroom pesto is creamy with mascarpone cheese and rich with umami mushroom - a luxurious upgrade to your condiment cupboard. This thick paste has a strong earthy mushroom flavour, which is intensified by the deep savouriness of Italian hard cheese. It is a moreish combination you wouldn’t be able to resist spooning from the jar! 

Stir this wild mushroom pesto through al-dente pappardelle pasta, or sandwich between sourdough with melted mozzarella and Iberico ham for the ultimate toastie. Or start your dinner party with an umami hit and spread on crostini for a quick and indulgent canape. 

Ingredients: white mushrooms (34%), mascarpone cheese (milk) (15%), sunflower oil, ricotta cheese (milk), water, vegetarian hard cheese (milk), wild mushroom mix (6%) (yellow bolete, oyster mushroom, porcini, chanterelle, shitake, bais bolete), garlic, salt, shallots, parsley, black pepper, truffle flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid.
