Description
These balsamic glaze flavour spheres bring a sweet, tart and syrupy taste to your salads and raw vegetable dishes. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are small spheres of juice encased in a fine gel. When you bite into the pearl, the juice – and flavour – bursts in the mouth.
These pearls reimagine how you serve the Italian vinegar. Sprinkle the pearls over tomato and mozzarella salads or pair with melon and charcuterie.
Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar cream 74% (Concentrated grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (grape vinegar (sulfites), cooked grape must)), water, thickener: xanthan gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate.
