CloseDespite writing and thinking about food all day long, I'm probably quite restrained (by many people's standards) when it comes to bringing ingredients and products home. I learned long ago that I like a clutter-free kitchen!
So for anything to make it over my doorstep it needs to be AMAZING.
Here are the Sous Chef products that I really love. Many of them are very simple (a pair of brilliant kitchen scissors); or very normal staples (the best dried egg pasta I've ever tasted). I've also included the little luxuries I look out for each month (my favourite 3L can of olive oil, and really fabulous tinned fish).
Although simple, these products are all utterly excellent. They improve my cooking every single day.
