Texs Hot & Spicy Chicken Coating, 300g

 Use Tex’s Hot & Spicy Chicken Coating to add fiery heat to your fried chicken. The coating has a savoury flavour and intense cayenne pepper kick - perfect for spicy fried chicken thighs, tenders and wings. Serve your chicken with cooling coleslaw, potato salad or blue cheese dip.

Directions: Dip the chicken into whisked egg or milk (optional). Put some Hot & Spicy Chicken Coating in a bowl or polythene bag. Place chicken portions into the coating ensuring they are completely coated. Place chicken into a frying basket and deep fry for 12-15 minutes or until cooked. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 190°C until cooked through.
