Silikomart Chocolate Ready Mirror Glaze, 250g

Silikomart’s chocolate mirror glaze gives homemade desserts an elegant finish. Use it to add a beautiful shine to special occasion cakes and dinner party desserts. The ready-to-use glaze can be used on cheesecakes, bavarois, frozen desserts and fresh fruit tarts. It can also be applied to iced sponge cakes - make sure you chill the cake before applying the glaze.

Heat the glaze to 37°C (99°F) and then pour over your finished desserts. For best results, chill cakes and desserts before applying the glaze. You can use a palette knife to smooth the glaze and tidy the edges. 

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, fat reduced cocoa powder, corn modified starch, colouring (caramel(e150a), flavourings, acidity regulators: E270; preservative (potassium sorbate (e202)). * May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
