Paper thin and delicate, these beautiful flowers are semi-translucent. Use them to decorate the inside of tall sundae glasses. Or experiment freezing them in ice cubes.
Pressed flowers do not soak up liquid, and also float. Use them to garnish cocktails or scatter through a Champagne jelly.
