Scanpan TechnIQ Stainless Steel Frying Basket

Use the SCANPAN TechnIQ frying basket to deep-fry your favourite foods! The round stainless steel basket is ideal for making crispy calamari and feather-light vegetable tempura. The long handle allows you to easily remove the basket from the hot oil and safely tip the contents onto a plate or chopping board. You can also use the mesh basket to boil pasta and vegetables. 

This frying basket is available in two sizes: 20cm and 28cm.

The 20cm frying basket is designed to fit SCANPAN’s 22cm steel stockpot but it can be used in any deep frying pan. The 28cm frying basket is designed to fit SCANPAN’s 30cm non-stick sauté pan.
