This extra virgin olive oil is 100% organic. Expect aromas of almond, banana and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it’s bold and fruity with a lingering spicy finish. You can cook with it or use it as a finishing oil for soups and seafood.

Mate began in the 1990s when 75-year-old Mate Vekić began planting olive trees in Istria. Decades later, the company makes some of the finest olive oil in the world. The olives are harvested by hand and processed within hours to preserve their flavour.
