Homi Kitchen ‘Giga’ Chilli Sauce captures the signature flavours of Singaporean Hainanese chicken rice. Made with fresh ginger, garlic and lots of chilli, it’s fiery and tangy. Use it every day - as a dip, a dressing, or a condiment.

About Homi Kitchen

‘Homi’ is Megan Tan’s tribute to the community of newfound friends and family she built in London - brought together by a love of Singaporean food. Having moved to London in 2012, Megan was missing the hawker food stalls of her childhood in Singapore. So turned to the wok and began recreating the flavours she craved.

Soon, friends and family were asking for their own jars. The Homi range starts with ‘Giga’ Ginger Garlic Chilli (inspired by Hainanese chicken rice) and ‘Hei Hei’ Pepper Sauce (a nod to black pepper crab). Bring a taste of Singapore’s hawker centres to your table - with just a spoonful.
